Visiting this website

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and brand images are served with the website rather than loaded from external font or image services.

Providing the website involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and the page requested. The hosting provider may process this information in operational and security logs.

Sending an inquiry

When you select “Send inquiry,” your name, email address, optional company, selected service, and project details are transmitted securely to our Firebase-hosted contact service. We use Resend to deliver the inquiry to apasi@minervacs.com, where correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. These providers process the information needed to operate their services under their own policies. Please share only information needed for the conversation, and do not include passwords or sensitive account information.

We use the inquiry to respond to you and manage the resulting correspondence. The website does not save inquiry contents in a database or in your browser's local storage. The delivery service processes the message for sending; correspondence is retained in our email account as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations.

To limit abuse and duplicate messages, the contact service keeps global usage counts and nonreversible keyed request fingerprints. The contact application does not read or store your IP address. Global rate-limit metadata is assigned a 48-hour expiry; minimal request records are retained as needed to prevent duplicate delivery. Application logs do not intentionally record your form contents. Google may retain technical operational and security logs, including request information, under its service policies. Email-delivery records are handled by Resend under its retention policies.

You can also use the direct email link instead of the form. Your chosen email provider then processes the message before it reaches our Google Workspace account.
